Production Criteria of Eruslu Sağlık
1. To estimate, control or prevent probable hazards at each step from raw material to processing, production, distribution and consumption.
2. To determine core points/processes/process phases which qualify as critical control points (CCP) aiming at minimizing, completely preventing or eliminating the probable hazard or hazards.
3. To determine original criteria and target limits for CCP steps to be controlled.
4. To determine and list the details of basic processes applicable to each CCP which might be essential for the control. To take into consideration important factors for systematic measurements, determinations and controls regularly and act accordingly.
5. To include the CCP implementation under the routine control mechanism and to develop the required arrangements and measures at the initial stage.
6. To verify with complementary tests, the effective operation of the HACCP system selected as a basis for production by Eruslu Sağlık.
7. To verify, document, and implement regularly all the developed processes and records in accordance with applications and principles.
